WRONG (BERLIN 2026)
Performance intervention and a situation constructed in the urban landscape of Berlin, in which I sit next to a camping chair in a public space, completely relaxed, listening to music and open to spontaneous conversation.
In this activity, I introduce a subtle “error” into an urban environment marked by efficiency, speed, and emotional restraint.
Since March 2025, I have repeated this action throughout the seasons and in different locations, observing how this situation, which breaks certain unwritten rules, alters the code of behavior of citizens in their daily lives.
The reactions of passersby range from surprise, discomfort, embarrassment, and indignation to restrained emotion manifested in small smiles and even a thumbs up.
